Hear pdf instead of reading

You can listen to any PDF instead of reading, yes it is possible with Adobe Reader 7 .0 or 6.0

Procedures:

1. Press Ctrl+shift+b -to hear the entire Document
   Or
2. View -> Read out Loud -> Read to the End of Document
3. Press Ctrl+shift+v -to hear the page
   Or
4. View -> Read out Loud -> Read This Page
